NeoProtect has detected partial connectivity issues in FRA since ~10:00 CEST. These are resolved at this time.
Customers have been, by part automatically and by part manually, re-routed in the interim. We have reverted those re-routing changes at this time.
The issue relates to an error in our interface to complementing applications from our Game Shield proxy service, causing unability to connect to the proxy service (Game Shield). NeoProtect PEs are investigating the issue at this time, we will update this in case of further information thats to be disclosed.
