Scheduled - NeoProtect will work to deploy a change for NetherNet support within our Bedrock Game Shield offering.

There should not be any disruptions aside from momentary disruptions to Voice Proxies and HTTP redirects during the maintenance window.

On Premise Platform customers are not affected in any way.

API outage
Resolved - NeoProtect's API has suffered an outage from around 2:30 am to ~9 am.

No Game Shield production traffic or On Premise deployment was affected directly.
Support availability was ensured via E-Mail/Slack, yet ticket system functions were not available.

We have identified the root cause and fixed the problem.
During said time, support systems were unfortunately unavailable which led to the cascading failure of Alerting not working.

We are working to ensure On Call in such scenario works as expected with multiple backups and to generally improve failure isolation across the API deployment stack.

Scheduled - Our provider of the new Helsinki Game Shield location has announced maintenance for our infrastructure with potential impact within the mentioned timeframe of at max. ~20 minutes.

Note: Most customers are not affected by this.

The provider states this maintenance is primarily as a precaution.

Customers who use the Helsinki location may prematurely route away on their own or accept the risk.
As Helsinki is not in the primary production rollout, by default no normal customer is affected.
