Resolved - We did not see this issue re-occurring, thus are resolving this incident.

Monitoring - NeoProtect monitored a full OVH service outage from 2026-04-27 10:20:10 CEST to 2026-04-27 10:33:30 CEST.
Our staff began re-routing to alternate providers at 2026-04-27 10:28:00 CEST after noticing and assessing the situation.

We are further monitoring at this time in case of further disruptions and will update here.
In case of further information becoming available to us, we will also release those here.

Game Shield (FRA): Increased connection degration on our OVH Limburg location
Resolved - This incident is resolved. We will keep balancing traffic by default across multiple providers for the time being.
The last recorded degration was at 2026-04-25 21:11:35 CEST.

Investigating - We are seeing increased connection degration on our OVH Limburg location since 2026-04-25 19:40:40 CEST that seems to affect various destinations.
This does not seem to be caused by an attack but issues within OVH's network.

We are re-routing traffic to alternate providers and you may thus update your whitelists accordingly.

Game Shield: Partial connectivity issues in FRA for re-routed customers
Resolved - NeoProtect has detected partial connectivity issues in FRA since ~10:00 CEST. These are resolved at this time.

Customers have been, by part automatically and by part manually, re-routed in the interim.
We have reverted those re-routing changes at this time.

The issue relates to an error in our interface to complementing applications from our Game Shield proxy service, causing unability to connect to the proxy service (Game Shield).
NeoProtect PEs are investigating the issue at this time, we will update this in case of further information thats to be disclosed.
